Because our services are digital in nature and are often delivered or made available immediately upon purchase, we operate under a strict No Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital packages on https://eurojobs.site are final. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds, returns, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to find a suitable candidate or job through the platform.

  • Accidental purchase of a package.

  • The decision to stop using our services before the package or credits expire.

2. Service-Specific Terms

Job Posting Packages

Once an employer purchases a package to post a job or a featured listing, the service is considered “used” or “activated” immediately. We do not provide refunds if the position is filled through other means or if the employer decides to withdraw the job advertisement.

Resume Posting / Candidate Packages

For candidates purchasing packages to post resumes or enhance their profile visibility, all charges are non-refundable once the payment is processed and the account is upgraded or the listing is published.

3. Technical Issues

In the rare event of a technical error (such as being charged twice for the same transaction), please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if a clear billing error is confirmed, we will process a correction or credit at our sole discretion.

4. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a package on Euro Jobs, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund and Return Policy and agree to be bound by its terms. We encourage all users to review the package details and features carefully before completing a purchase.
